As CEO of the Urbana group of companies, Allan takes responsibility for the strategic management of all activities within the group. His focus is particularly on identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities, managing existing investments and fostering key capital and business relationships.
Prior to joining Urbana, he served as Principal and Chief Investment Officer at Songy Partners, Founder and CEO of Alliance Partners, Inc., and Vice President at Sonnenblick Goldman.
Ed is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and works closely with Allan, bringing a wealth of experience to his role. Prior to joining Urbana, he served as CFO at SunCal Companies, a developer of planned communities (large-scale, mixed-use residential developments with amenities) based in Irvine, California.
At SunCal, Ed directly supervised the accounting, tax and financial reporting, information systems, asset management and risk management functions.
Amaury Martinez is a leading real estate developer with over 20 years of experience in the thriving Miami real estate market. Recognized for his innovative approach and deep market knowledge, he has been instrumental in the success of numerous high-profile projects in South Florida.
Beginning his career with major resort brands such as Marriott Vacation Club and Westgate Resorts, Amaury built successful sales infrastructures, paving the way for his ventures in real estate development. He later owned PAVERUSA, a leading brick and paver manufacturing company, which he later sold to a national firm.
Jorge Lamadrid brings extensive experience in real estate development, construction management and commercial projects, with a strong focus on project budgeting, design, permitting and financing. He has managed high-profile projects, including the development of a $65 million, 138-unit condominium hotel in downtown Miami and a $160 million, 284-unit Conrad Hilton hotel in Fort Lauderdale.
As a project executive and partner, Jorge has led complex developments in the US, Middle East and Asia, including residential skyscrapers, commercial complexes and large-scale urban developments. With over 40 years of experience, he has been involved in iconic projects such as Ocean One Condominium, Metropolis at Dadeland and The Grand Venetian, and has played a crucial role in securing financing and successfully completing the projects.
Hamlet Garcia is a distinguished real estate agent in Urbana Bueno, Miami, with more than 25 years of experience in the city. Originally from San Cristóbal, Venezuela, Hamlet has built an outstanding reputation specializing in luxury residential properties and high-end condominiums.
